This page has been set up for information about patients who have been transferred to CHI St. Joseph Health from hospitals outside of the Bryan-College Station community due to Hurricane Harvey. We will continue to add information to it.
If you have a loved one who has been transferred to the CHI St. Joseph Health facilities from another hospital due to Hurricane Harvey, please call1-800-218-4245 for more information on the patients’ location, department and room number.
The entire CHI St. Joseph Health Team is committed to ensuring that our transferred patients and their families receive the exceptional care that all of our patients deserve, and we are here to help you navigate this journey.
For family members who are in need of lodging and accommodations, the following are available:
Additionally, we have a local hotel resources guide for other options.
We would like to thank our staff for their dedication and support to our patients, our community, and to each other. We appreciate those who have stayed onsite well beyond their shifts, came in early to relieve their colleagues, helped in areas outside their responsibility to ensure patients are receiving care, and all those who have seen needs and pitched in.
The safety of our patients, staff and physicians remain a top priority.
Across our ministry, employees are asking what they can do to help. Unfortunately, many Texas Division employees are being personally affected by the flooding; some had to evacuate their homes and leave everything behind, and some already know their homes have been badly damaged or destroyed. To help them, the CHI Texas Division has set up an employee emergency relief fund; to donate, click here.
Find the latest information about CHI Texas Division facility updates and how you can help during recovery at CHIStLukesHealth.org/HarveyUpdates.
At this time, we unite our hearts and thoughts by praying for patients, caregivers, first responders and all people affected by Hurricane Harvey.
